The original idea for our engagement was to have our supervisors trained on underwriting, customer selection, portfolio management and on other soft skills management including delegation, time management, etc., and while the same was carried out, I wanted to know if the assumptions that we had considered in constructing the business model was right and wanted a
validation. That is where our organisation benefited the most, Team Athena was able to see through the minute gaps in the business model and helped us fix them. The understanding that company possesses is so supreme and by that virtue we now have a rock-solid business model for Affordable Housing Finance.
