Vanshika is a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) graduate in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Delhi, and is currently pursuing ACCA to further deepen her strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Her professional work centres on shaping business strategy, developing and refining products and policies, and optimising processes for Banks, HFCs, NBFCs, MFIs, and Credit Bureaus, with a strong focus on aligning business objectives with regulatory and operational requirements. She plays a key role in designing and strengthening credit and operational frameworks that enhance efficiency, resilience, and regulatory compliance across financial institutions. In addition to delivering on client engagements, she actively contributes to firm-wide growth by leading business development initiatives, supporting market outreach efforts, and cultivating long-term client partnerships aligned with the organisation’s vision of delivering high-impact, strategy-led advisory services to the financial services ecosystem.
