He has served as President - Financial Infrastructure & Credit Bureaus at Dun & Bradstreet (SAME) and also consults with the World Bank Group (WBG) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) on credit information initiatives in emerging markets. Satish founded Athena Advisors with deep expertise in the retail lending industry and has been instrumental in conceptualising and implementing models that enable institutions to improve decision-making and strengthen portfolio quality. Under his leadership, the organisation has reinforced its position as a trusted partner. Known for his strategic foresight, collaborative leadership style, and focus on innovation, he continues to drive Athena's vision and mission.

Vanshika is a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) graduate in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Delhi, and is currently pursuing ACCA to further deepen her strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Her professional work centres on shaping business strategy, developing and refining products and policies, and optimising processes for Banks, HFCs, NBFCs, MFIs, and Credit Bureaus, with a strong focus on aligning business objectives with regulatory and operational requirements. She plays a key role in designing and strengthening credit and operational frameworks that enhance efficiency, resilience, and regulatory compliance across financial institutions. In addition to delivering on client engagements, she actively contributes to firm-wide growth by leading business development initiatives, supporting market outreach efforts, and cultivating long-term client partnerships aligned with the organisation's vision of delivering high-impact, strategy-led advisory services to the financial services ecosystem.
Samir is a housing finance professional with 37 years of experience at HDFC Ltd, with core expertise in managing credit and recovery risk. Over the course of his career, he has played a pivotal role in developing the in-house Credit Risk Management team and in building a nationwide network of related professionals, including advocates and collection agencies. He has been part of several national-level Recovery Task Forces constituted for various branches from time to time and has served as a member of multiple national-level committees for different projects. Samir has also contributed as a trainer and facilitator across various in-house training programmes at HDFC Ltd. Drawing on his experience and knowledge in data maintenance and analysis, he has conceived, implemented, and executed initiatives to digitise on-field activities as well as back-office recovery processes, resulting in the development of robust, user-friendly systems for early warning mechanisms and MIS. He is a strong believer that learning is a lifelong process rather than the end result of any task, and that knowledge shared is knowledge gained. In a continuously changing environment, he believes that staying future-ready requires a sustained commitment to learning, enhancing one's knowledge base, acquiring new skills, and expanding horizons. She has led large-scale transformation initiatives, built robust risk frameworks, and supported organisations in achieving sustainable growth. She holds double Master's degrees in Economics and Finance. Her experience spans senior leadership roles at TransUnion CIBIL, IDFC FIRST Bank, and Vodafone India, where she has worked across growth strategy, consulting, credit risk, collections, and technology. Her key achievements include improving profitability, driving data-led growth across multiple sectors, positioning organisations as industry thought leaders, and accelerating the adoption of digital innovation ahead of market trends.
